Jason took Isabel to her 6 month doctor appointment this week. Everything looked great but we were surprised to find that she had gotten even bigger. She is now 28.5 inches long (yep... that is off the charts) and she is 18 pounds. She really doesn't seem to be slowing down either. Jason's mom said that he was about the same height and weight at his 6 month appointment. Does that mean Isabel will be 6ft. 2" as well? Oh my.
She is really starting to roll over now too. It won't be long until she is up and crawling. Then we'll never be able to keep up with her. Isabel got her 6 month shots at this last apt. and she is going back this weekend for a flu shot. We're hoping she will stay healthy this flu season but she has pretty much had a cold ever since she started at daycare so we'll see. Of course the media has totally freaked me out and made me paranoid about the "swine flu".
Bell just LOVES Lucky now. She reaches for him any chance she gets and giggles when he walks by. I wish I could say that he feels the same way about her. He actually goes out of his way to avoid her though. Once she is moving it will probably be harder for him to escape her.
