Easter 2011

We had a wonderful Easter weekend complete with church, egg hunts, family, and food (lots and lots of food).  Here are some of my favorite pictures.

Isabel really loved Easter this year. She was excited about the bunny coming and her daycare did a little egg hunt on Friday. On Saturday we went to the South Elgin Easter Egg Hunt (10 million kids hunting for 5 eggs each- it was over in about 3.5 seconds.... Isabel loved it)

 Grandma "Ya Ya" went with us. Since the kids could only find 5 eggs- my mom would "re hide" the same 5 eggs when Isabel wasn't looking. Awesome! Thanks for prolonging the fun mom :)

This year we went to church o Saturday night and that worked out great because the bunny came and left Isabel a basket on Sunday morning.

 She liked all of her little prizes- but was most intrigued by the candy :)

 New "big girl" underwear - the bunny found "Jessie" Toy Story undies. Bel loved them! (and promptly pooped in them. Potty training 101 will start in June when I am home for the summer. Wish us luck- we'll need it)

 She shared an egg with Payton. Next year she will be old enough to hunt for them too

We had a great Easter! God has blessed us with all we could ever need. Thanks to my family for making it a special day.
