Spring Is Coming...

I feel it! Sure we have had the snowiest winter in recent Chicago history. Sure.. it snowed again just this morning... and yes sure... my family continues to pass the same cold, cough, and flu-like symptoms around. But I choose to believe Spring is coming soon! (Didn't the Groundhog agree with me?)

Things to look forward to in March:

1. A week of ISAT testing (okay... not really something to look forward to but at least we can finally be done PREPARING them and I can get caught up on some grading while those poor kids endure hours of standardized testing :)

2. Isabel's 2nd birthday!!! March 5th is right around the corner and my Boo Bel will be 2!? Crazy isn't it? We are going to have a small famiy party but her relatives from Arkansas are making the trip up to join us so it will very special.

3. Spring Break- Woot! Woot! A week home from school. No.. we are not going anywhere but maybe we will have a "staycation" and take Isabel down to Chicago for a night or two. We can hit up the museums, shops etc. I plan to slather on some fake tanner and act as if I traveled somewhere amazing.

4. Selling our Condo---- Umm... so this one is just wishful thinking at this point. But why not think positive?
Nevermind that we haven't had any showings or interest yet... It's just a matter of time. Reminder to self that this is in God's plan and on His timetable. Not mine.
