Lake Geneva

Woo hoo! Spring Break has officially begun! One glorious week off of work - (although I still have 85 essays to grade and my evaluation portfolio to complete but.... let's not think about that right now). Instead- let's look at some pictures from our little weekend away in Lake Geneva.

 We spent two nights at Timber Ridge (at the Grand Geneva in Wisconsin) It is a hotel with an indoor water park and the best part is that it is only about an hour and fifteen minutes away.

 That is a good thing because this sweet-faced toddler loses her patience after about an hour in the car.

 Our room was pretty nice. It had a refrigerator and separate bedroom in it. Unfortunately, Bel decided on this trip to boycott her Pack N Play for the first time. So.... we all got to snuggle in bed together.. Lovely.

The water park had an area just for little kids. Isabel was pretty timid but she did try a water slide by herself a few times. Mostly she just wanted to swing on the swing and dump water out of a plastic cup :)

 On this trip Isabel decided to be a MAJOR daddy's girl. Here she is literally hanging on his leg. I am definitely second place to daddy right now. That's okay!! I have all summer for some girl time with my Belly.

 Gotta love vacation...just hanging in your swim diaper- eating some popcorn.
