Team Emmy

My friend Colleen's daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease last year called Rett Syndrome.To learn more about this disease click here---http://www.rettsyndrome.org/  The Foster family has been through some major ups and downs during the past year so needless to say, Isabel and I were excited to participate in the 2012 "Run for Rett Syndrome" at Busse Woods this morning. We showed our support by wearing our custom "Team Emmy" shirts designed by my coworkers husband @ JCImaginations. The weather was cold, wet and windy- but we had a great time anyway. Go Team Emmy!

Lots of friends and family were there to walk and run. We sold over 60 t-shirts. It was kind of cool to see Emilia's fan club out there in purple.
